Tyron Benoit is a Houma, Louisiana bandleader at the crossroads of rock, blues, and zydeco. Accordion high in the mix, guitars up front, built for a dance floor. Younger brother of Tab Benoit, he started playing out in Colorado, came home to New Orleans, and put his own band on the map.

 

A USMC combat veteran of Operation Desert Storm, and a songwriter with two albums, including Mid City (2025). Selected stages: New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, French Quarter Festival, Telluride Blues & Brews, Lucerne Blues Festival (Switzerland), and the Smoothie King Center NBA Halftime Show. The band has toured with Tab Benoit and Samantha Fish, and continues to take their unique sound on the road.
